    Asset Protection

Some of this was already dealt with in the other thread, IIRC. Well, someone would have to own the LLC's, right? And that someone would be you. The "limited liability" bit means that whatever the company does bad won't bite you. It doesn't mean the company is not a part of your assets for...

Another Accident without insurance case any help will be appreciated

Who knows - maybe a US citizen who did the same would have a tough time leaving China. But I agree and, to be clear, I'm not particularly recommending that course of action, just considering the possibility.

    estate questions

I would doubt there is anything fishy between the lawyer and the appraiser, but you never know. If you're not comfortable with the appraiser, look to your agreement with them and see if you can break it without penalty. If you don't agree with the appraisal, you can always get your own done.

    estate questions

No problem. You just don't want people responding in multiple areas - it gets confusing and duplicates effort. You probably can't delete it - you're not a mod.

Another Accident without insurance case any help will be appreciated

Well, good luck with that. I suppose their worst case scenario is you going back to China and them getting nothing. They might accept it.

    listing contract

You don't need to incur legal fees to break the contract, you can do that yourself. If you no longer want to list with the agent, tell them. Whether there is a penalty for breaking the contract depends on the terms of the agreement and what the agent decides to do. You might still be on the...

    Corporate Law Asset Protection

Depends on the laws in your jurisdiction, but generally, yes, a judgment creditor can execute against other assets you own and force their sale, or garnish your bank accounts.

    estate questions

As long as you're not unfairly profiting from your position, you should be OK. Get your own lawyer (not one acting for you in your capacity as executor). Depends what the papers are. Cancel what? The lawyer has no claim to act for you - you can fire him at any time.

    POA Abuse and embezzlement

Get a lawyer. You're going to need one to nail this guy to the wall. The family members might want to get together ASAP and have themselves named as guardian or committeeship or whatever you have in your state, and revoke the rogue's power of attorney.

Another Accident without insurance case any help will be appreciated

That bit about having your license suspended only applies if a) they sue you, b) they win, and c) you don't pay whatever judgment they get against you. What you should respond depends on what you want to do and whether you think their claim will succeed. Leaving for another state will not...

    Creating accounts as POA

Talk to the institution. They have forms for this. Probably you register it in her name, with yourself having access.

    Was not at scene

Get a lawyer. You're going to want that statement thrown out.

How to sue HOA Board Member?

Where does the towing company get its orders from? From the HOA (of which she is president), or from the management company? I'd name them both. If one of them thinks they're not properly a party, let them tell the judge why they should be let out of the lawsuit.

    Garnishment on bank account?

Absolutely. Notification defeats the purpose of garnishment.

    Personal Bankruptcy Debt

I had to google "stealth bankruptcy". Legally, the big drawback is they're not absolved of their debt. Practically, I have a hard time fathoming how two 77-year-olds are going to live on the lam - I would imagine much of their income comes from traceable sources (pension, RSP).

    Removal of a trustee

No-one here is an expert on Indian law. To the extent Indian law follows general English common law, the other trustees can probably apply to the courts to have the bad trustee removed. Consult with a local lawyer on how to do that.

Dividing the goods. How does it work?

It's impossible to say what the outcome might be on the information above - that depends on how much income you made during the marriage, how much she made, what the assets and debts are for and who incurred them, etc. All other things being equal, a divorce is not supposed to be a windfall to...

    Non-Profit Question

You could. Do you want to? Does the other person want to? You're starting a company. It's kind of like having a baby. You and whoever your partner is need to give some thought about what kind of life you want for it, how you're going to pay the bills, how you're going to make decisions.

Being sued for unrealised wedding costs in California. Is it valid?

Your friends agreement to pay your costs mystifies me. Even more so if your friend was involved in a lawsuit to recover costs from your former fiancee. Even more so if your friend cancelled the payment they were going to make. That makes no sense on so many levels. My two cents: you're...
