Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Open Intox in Public in Michigan

Are you still on probation? Are you under 21? I'll assume that the bottle wasn't in a bag, but was visible, which is why the Police stopped you. I'm in Michigan. A lot depends on what area of what county you are in. For example, if you are in most of Oakland County, the prosecution will...

Weapons, Guns, Firearms Purchase A Privately Owned Weapon

Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Theft of Yankee Candles

. . . Err. Why would you go to jail? It's plausible someone else is making bad orders. If you didn't, I wouldn't worry. There should be a cash trail if you did. You can understand why the police would want to talk to you! People are out money, and it seems someone did this intentionally...

Yes you have liability. They can seize your property. Your home. Your car. And then you have to try to prove they did it wrongfully, as it is on YOU to prove it. Most won't be able to. Therefore, You need to have a heart to heart with your husband, and decide what is more important to you...

Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Pre-Sentencing Report-Help

I'm confused. Normally you work out a pre-sentencing report after pleading guilty. To plead guilty to charges, and then deny them for pre-sentencing, is a wrong way to go. It may seem you are in denial, and don't want to right your wrongs. Anyway, more evidence would help us give you...

    Drug Crimes, Substance Abuse Vop

It's called off-label when people prescribe a drug that is specific for something different. . Is there a possibility you took more Marinol than usual, even by a Doctor's orders, for when you were tested? I would definately fight it. Marinol doesn't give a false positive, as it is THC...

Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft falsely accused- not possibly me

Does your family reside in Wisconsin? For whatever reason, you should never skip out on a court appearance. By not showing up, you put up zero defense, so the court has no choice but to believe everything the prosecutor has presented is true. Even though you didn't do it, it really pisses off...

Harassment, Stalking, Misconduct Oregon multiple A misdeameanor charges

"Can multiple misdeamenor's move it up to a felony charge? " Probably not. For example, DUIs in my State, the third one is a felony, though it's the same as the first and second crimes which were misdemeanors. If it is a felony, they will charge him as such. As he wasn't charged with a...

Arrest, Search, Seizure, Warrant arrested and released

Yes. There's a possibility that the attorney can talk to the prosecution before any arrest warrant is issued, and in doing such, none would be. It would probably alieve a lot of anxiety.

Drug Crimes, Substance Abuse urine drug tests

I'm not so sure about Meth, but general rule of thumb is that Blood tests are better. Urine Tests at times you can give a diluted sample (Drink a HUGE amount of water, take a vitamin B for color. . .) etc. Meth is EVIL! Stay away! If you're on Meth, seek counseling immediately!

Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Underage Possession Charge

Your blowing a .17, which is very hight, is proof enough and there needn't be found any alcohol in your possesion. It won't hurt to at least call and talk with some lawyers. Most won't charge anything for an initial consultation.

It can happen. Concert Venues and those collecting taxes from said venues don't want to be over-zealous involving minor crimes that are perpetrated by so very many of the audience.
