Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Unknowingly Consumed Alcohol, Given MIP

Holland Michigan is an extremely conservative area, as you well know. However, under these circumstances it seems if you get a decent defense attorney and a compassionate prosecutor it will help a great deal. .12 is high. .08 is OUIL in the entire nation, but even lower than that can get you...

Arrest, Search, Seizure, Warrant Don't know if I was arrested, but they seized

I'm sure others know more than I do, but you can get the officer's badge number, and file a grievance with internal affairs.

Fraud, Embezzlement, Bad Checks DA's statement on my charge

I like succinct, but could you please elaborate? Your attorney should have told the Judge at that time the prosecutor read something that wasn't agreed upon, and you have a pre-existing plead agreement. Have you been sentenced yet? If not, this can be more easily remedied.

Sounds like you admitted to him that you were drinking. That's all he needs. It's like admitting how fast you were going, etc. Hopefully there isn't a next time, but silence is the way to go.

Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Accused of Employee theft

-Your former employer can't come to your house and search, but depending on evidence, police may do so (but it's doubtful). Since your employer is taking such an agressive stance, you should cease talking to him. Remember to keep a record of everything that is happening, however. I don't...

Were you drinking? In that case it may go as "Drunk and Disorderly - Public Urination." Otherwise, disorderly conduct. Either way, as silly as it is, you should probably fight it. Not a fun thing to have on your record. Not to scare you, but in some state's they actually consider it a sex crime...

Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Open Intox in Public in Michigan

I live in East Lansing as well. So you'll get Judge Jordan or Ball. YOu can expect a stern lecture, and minimal probation. E.L. for your charge is probably one of the most lenient places. But, if you do anything "riot related", etc, as you know, they'll bury you. Good Luck. If you want...

Please state precisely what you are charged with. As far as open container goes, at least in my state, the fact is that you were driving and expected to be in control of what is going on in your car. The open container was within reach. You are guilty of open container, if that is what you...
