Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft petty theft

That hasn't been my experience. But a smart idea is to see if you can set up your own community service, and do something more meaningful than janitorial duties, etc. See if you can do your service at a place like The Red Cross, if one is near you. In my experience, that always happens. Look...

    Felony exspungment

It varies by State. In my State one can expunge a MISDEMEANOR as long as there are no other crimes, and it's 5 years after conviction. . . Contacting a criminal defense attorney in your area for a short consultation should not cost you anything, and will give you the appropriate answer. . .

Sex Crimes, Sex Offenders Rape from 3 years ago unreported

You can still contact the police. Some are trained well in eliciting confessions. If it bothers you still, and I'm not surprised that it does, something must be done. The person may have also raped other people, your consult with the police may help in another case.

Drug Crimes, Substance Abuse Possesion Citation

That's pretty much never true. Anything is quantifiable, up to the atom. . . Marijuana possession varies greatly not just State by State, but also localities. There are areas where I live where it's a civil infraction, others where it's a misdemeanor they go crazy about. . . Is it a civil...

Alcohol & Drugs: DUI, DWI DWI + REFUSAL & poisoned

. . . I can drink 101 proof, and I can tell it's 101 proof. 180 proof would probably make me throw up immediately. . . are you on any prescription medications? Sometimes that mixed with alcohol can cause bad side-effects. . .

Burglary, Arson, Home Invasion Telling someone you're a cop in the telephone.

Really? I'm surprised. That's just one of those things people seem to inherently know is illegal around the time of Elementary School. I'm sorry if I'm wrong. I'm interested to see what States would allow such a thing.

Burglary, Arson, Home Invasion Telling someone you're a cop in the telephone.

Is it illegal to tell someone on the telephone you're a cop or detective to get information about a burglary? Cop, yes. I doubt it's legal anywhere in the USA. Detective? Saying Police Detective yes, Private Investigator no.

Sex Crimes, Sex Offenders Statutory rape charges

Well, you're in Ireland. I can tell because you're a fantastic writer. Turning him in is 100% right! He's a serial rapist/scumbag. Have you told the prosecution of others he has done this too? Will he get jail? In the USA it's a guarantee unless he gets a plea deal. And he belongs in...

    Facing an epic failure

They sometimes continue onward with domestic assaults. Often a wife at the time of an incident will want to press charges, then almost immediately recants, feels guilty. . . time passes, then the wife gets pummeled again, repeat. Which is why sometimes the State goes through with it anyway...

Actually, it's the people of pennsylvania vs. you. Them and all their resources vs. you. Your phone number is connected to YOU. What's the definition of hearsay in your world? Judging by what you wrote, if you go in and do it all yourself you may not like the consequences, though I...
