    Well, strange things happen, wouldn't hurt to ask for a free consultation with a criminal lawyer. My feeling is that you need to have paid all costs and finished all community service before it would be granted. . . but, my feeling is you'll be on probation for quite a few more years. . .

    .01? Lowest I've ever heard of someone is .02, and that's for minors. . . I think you pissed off the cop, and he's trying to get at you with as many charges as possible, even if they shouldn't stick. You shouldn't have been charged if you show up as .01. . . definately fight it.
