    You don't have a civil suit, whatsoever. What kind of Bi-Polar is your wife? The only kind that would make sense is the very rare "mixed" Bi Polar. . . manic events usually last about 10 days. Is she on drugs or use alcohol too much?

    well, what happened that day? Did they take you to a mental hospital, or the mental wing of a hospital? Do you have a psychologist and psychiatrist? Medication? They could testify to you being suicidal.

    In countries like ENGLAND they can order you to give a DNA sample, they've done this to whole villages to narrow the field of suspects. It's the future. Soon children will be born, and give a DNA sample for some kind of governmental B.S. reason. . . health, etc.
