Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft petty theft

At pre-trial, most likely, some kind of plea deal will be set and you will likely plead guilty to a lesser charge. As it's a criminal case, you won't be interrogated by the other side. It is highly unlikely you will be sentenced at the pre-trial conference.

    Failure to appear

Depends on the crime, depends on likelihood of flight, depends on the Judge/Magistrate. . . I imagine Bond will be set much higher than if the individul did appear in court. The Judge might make it some ridiculous amount. . .

Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Ashley Furniture

Maybe ask your son-in-law for financial records related to the furniture as proof he's been paying, etc. Ask for the contract as well. You can tell him you need to know this so you can fight for him more effectively. . .

Arrest, Search, Seizure, Warrant Should my daughter turn herself in or wait to be arrested?

Going in to get arrested does NOT require that you plead guilty. She should plead not guilty at arraignment, then get a public defender. She should call ahead of time to expedite the process, if possible. Also, find out if you can pay with credit card, or if they demand money order/cash...

Drug Crimes, Substance Abuse does me selling my prescription create risk for roomies on parole?

Well, I surprised myself. I had to rack my brain to come up with some advice. Another thing your housemates may not wish to admit is that they WANT your Vicodin. Maybe they get tested, and that prevents it, but they don't appreciate the temptation.

Drug Crimes, Substance Abuse does me selling my prescription create risk for roomies on parole?

lvs4rock, Thanks for the compliment. I don't want to touch this one, because I have no idea what advice to give in a legal or philosophical sense. As far as parole and probation goes, it depends on what the Judge/P.O. demands of them. For example, I can see that if you have your whiskey...
