    Emancipation

It is likely in your best interest to stay home and mooch from your parents as long as you can. If you insist on leaving the house it is best to do so with your parents permission. If you are looking for a good option to get away from home go talk to a military recruiter.

Company car charges for personal use

It is the company's car, not yours. If you do not agree to their terms of use them do not use their car. If you should opt to use ride sharing programs or rent a vehicle you will be assuming that cost yourself. Don't expect the company to pay it. You can also use your own vehicle and keep...

    Boston Bomber.

They are just going to resentence him to die with a new jury in a different venue. Ultimately the same outcome, just by a little longer legal path.

Returning Oregon to a Constitutional Republican form of government.

It is best not to engage sovereign gobbledygook. I don't hear much of it anymore, but maybe that is just because California isn't a good atmosphere for it.

Minor accident in left hand turn lane

That you received a citation does not mean you were wrong. In court the issuing officer will have to explain why you received the citation, and you will have opportunity to question him. You need to decide whether your time arguing this in court is worth saving $162. Even if no points are...

Assault & Battery Woman hits herself in face and files domestic violence on me

That is not smart. You may end up back in jail on new charges and might not be released next time. You might want to go back and follow the rules if you value your freedom.

Assault & Battery Woman hits herself in face and files domestic violence on me

It isn't so much about police buying her story... It is more about police being obligated by law to make an arrest in domestic violence matters. If she lied then that will have to flush out during the process.

    Boston Bomber.

It seems a reasonable decision based on venue alone. It still certainly be reinstated if they make the effort to try it elsewhere.

    Small Claim

Of course it does. This OP is the one with the negative credit marks. You don't think it is important, but that doesn't mean it isn't, or that it is irrelevant. It is just something to be considered when handling the issue.

    Small Claim

I don't give advice. However, one could negotiate the reported status of an account on a credit report. Failure to do so could result in long term bad results. It you don't have anything helpful to add then feel free to not comment.

    Small Claim

It may not matter to you, but it should matter to the person with the negative credit marks. Reviving a delinquent account when it may be near expiration from the credit history would do lasting damage.

    Small Claim

Despite the question asked, it is worthwhile to point out that any activity on this could reset the clock on the negative mark on the credit report. If the judgment is a few years old it is likely the actual delinquency is longer, and the OP may not be very far from having this drop off the...

    Small Claim

Credit reporting agencies stopped including civil judgments a few years back. The negative mark on the credit report is likely the original delinquent account the judgment was based on, not the judgment itself. If somehow a judgment is actually being retorted a request to the reporting agency...

    Small Claim

The one the original post obviously implies. If it wasn't an account of some type it wouldn't be in a credit report. Not all of us require every detail to be spelled out to understand a situation.

    Small Claim

It absolutely is relevant if concerned about credit reporting. Judgements are no longer reported by credit agencies, but payment toward the judgment may prolong the trme the delinquent account is reported.

Threatened with eviction due to repeated slander

If the landlord intends to end your lease agreement you would get notice a couple months in advance. They can't just boot you out with little or no notice. No. The landlord does not have to go to court to end your lease if they give proper notice before it expires. If you pay for rent on time it...

Threatened with eviction due to repeated slander

The letters don't mean much. Pay your rent on time and follow whatever rules you agreed to in your lease agreement and you won't be evicted. If the landlord wants you out then your lease won't be renewed, and they would have to give you advance notice of that. Eviction is a lengthy process that...
