    Ok you may still have a problem. Looking up Iowa shoplifting laws on www.thelaw.com it appears that concealment is a crime in your state. Depending on where and how you placed laptop they may still have a case. Not a strong one mind you but indeed a case.

    Unwise advice. Refusing a FS will result in your DL being taken. One "alledged" bad cop does not make them all out to arrest sober drivers
