My employer, when i hired here 3 years ago messed up my paperwork with another person. He has access to all my 401k, pay, medical, soc. sec. everything online. He can make changes to all my stuff at anytime. My pay, vacation time, have been messed up, harrassing phone calls from his wife thinking im moving in because my name is on his stuff. They can not figure it out, i was told i am an undo burden on the company bc i want it fixed. I have all the records, emails, dates and huge list of things that have happened...

What can i do??

Based upon what you claim, something is missing.
That said, no need to tell us more, because no one here can fix the mess you allege that has subsumed you.
You might want to take all of your proof to a local attorney and see what he or she can do to assist you.

First you need to make sure you have talked to the right person at your employer.
If there is an HR department you need to go the head person.

Good advice, if there weren't other subtle actions at play here.
If Jim or Justin could access Maria's or Cherie's employment and personal details, wouldn't it have been reported?
The fact that someone is allegedly accessing these records tells me that a relationship was at one time in full force and effect.
Hence, the spouse ranting to the OP.
We reap what we sow.

Hired in the same starting day in 2012, work in different buildings miles apart, company has fixed it multiple times where I log in and info is right but changes back to his after some time, only seen this person in couple orientation classes,

It was 2 people hired on same day, work completely different buildings miles apart

Building and corporate hr are involved for 3 years, nothing is being done, sometimes when I log in it's my info, other times it is his, and vice versa for him

They are howling, was told he's been screaming about it, they can't figure it out

If they made this error and it was absolutely no fault of yours then they absolutely need to fix it. If they're a large employer there has to be someone who understands how significant a problem this is and I can't imagine telling you that YOU are an undue burden. Again I go back to, make sure you have brought this to the attention of the right person in the organization. If you can't get if fixed within your organization, then your only option is to go outside and hire a lawyer.

Very curious, indeed.

Ask the HR management to arrange a conference call with the other "victim", his HR person, your HR person, and YOU?

That should at least start the inquiry necessary to solve your dilemma.

Why isn't the other "victim" howling about this to his HR Group?

You might want to talk to a lawyer as suggested previously if it doesn't get fixed.
