Doing my yearly IRS form 1040ez and stuck at line 11. I read the explanation, but I don't understand it, so maybe someone could please help me with it?
I have a yearly membership with my local hospital clinic that I have to apply for on a yearly basis, and wondering how/if this relates to line 11?
