Issue is now resolved, I contacted legal services from my school and they contacted them and the landlord finally reviewed my case and confirmed they had a mistaken room with the fees. all $808 plus $150 in fees have been removed.
Technically I have already suffered because my money was used to pay fees on a separate lease, should I seek legal help like this or should I pay the fees they are charging me since I am getting another student loan soon and then do a small claims law suit to get my money back.
