my friends ex wife is taking in back to court bc accord to his JOD, she is entitled to a certain % of his overtime, which does not make sense his atty screwed him during the divorce, he has no money to pay bills on time and almost had his electricity shut off, last time in court the hearing...

i work for child support in nj and if the chd resides with you, file a motion thru family crt and the Judge should adjust ur case retro to when the chd moved in and then u just pay the arrears

can he make her provide proof, bank accts of whre the monies going the ex works part time but has money for a new laptop and go on vacations

My friend has been divorced 3 years, he pays alimony to his ex that cheated on him. He works overtime alot to pay his bills nad her and moved ot a smaller apt. In his JOD it says if he works overtime nadm ake a specific amt in overtime she receives extra $3000, can he fight this without an atty
