I was just in the office to pick up mail box key and tomorrow supposed to be getting copy of lease tomorrow but they didn't say anything today about me owing rent

Okay I recently moved into an apartment on 02/15/16.... My question is currently this month they are offering move in specials of $500 does that cover rent for rest of this month when normally that is $670??? I still have yet to receive copy of my lease and no really explained any of this to me...
