I recently applied for a job and in the job application I agreed to it said can be terminated with or without cause, is this legal and why? Should I work for this company knowing I can be fired without cause? Delaware is the city in Ohio.
I was fired from a job for stepping on a raised car lift to get a set of keys from a previous work order. Neither me or other technicians or my direct supervisor knew about this violation nor was it ever part of my training. Do I have a wrongful termination case?
