I found this information that might help you http://www.typobounty.com/files/articles/8337/Immigrating_to_Canada_As_a_Skilled_Worker.html, I think it would be a great idea if he were able to do as this article suggests.
ok so he can attend college as an illegal imigrant, however, he will most likely have to pay more and also once he graduates if he needs to get some sort of lisence it will be nearly or imposible for him to get it. Also keep in mind that if he plans to work here once he graduates he will most...
I would not worry too much about it, things happen, just think no system anywere is perfect they all have their glitches. so relax, everything is going to be fine.
well I don't know if he would be automatically if he is still in another country, I know that if the child is a resident there is this form you fill out and then they are citizens, but maybe he can, or he can just petition for him and he can get his residency.
well I think if she does not want to continue the process with you there is nothing you can do, not right now anyways. But you know maybe you should ask her what exactly is going on, maybe she is just scared you will have to stay there. good luck
unfortunately, yes there is a high possibility of that happening as they are well know to deny cases for less than what you are describing, but again it also depends on who interviews him I guess, either way good luck on your application process I know how stressful it can be.
