I live in North Carolina, and I just got a speeding ticket for 82 in a 65. I was given the advice to ask for a prayer for judgement instead of hiring a lawyer. I am 18, and it is my first ticket, so my record is clean. I need as much advice as possible because I am still on my parents insurance.
