I need help. I live in North Carolina and just got a ticket for going 84mps in a 64mph area. I have received one other ticket within the past year I think. That ticket was 82 in 65. I had to take a class for it, and my speed was reduced. I did not receive a Prayer for Judgement on the first ticket. My question is, should I show up at court and ask for a Prayer for Judgement, and hope that they give me one? Should I hire a lawyer? Or should I just go and ask for it to be reduced? I need the best advice I can get considering I am still on my parents car insurance. I need the best solution that will avoid points on my license. Please help!
