Where does he want to pick up the money?
You need to catch the bag man that collects the cash. Be aware than even if you did, they are using teenagers who will fall underneath the law of prosecution and escape justice.

do you have emails that were sent directly by the eBay Western Union conman?
Try checking where they are from via http://samspade.org .

if you can track the IP addresses listed in the email headers - and post them - it would be of great help.
What you are looking for is especially is the " Received: from [xxx.xxx.xxx.xx] " address that tracks where th emails were sent...
