Dealer Attempting to Change After Signed Contract

army judge, I recently found out that they have already paid off my trade-in completely. Where do we stand at this point? I no longer owe a balance on my previous vehicle because they paid it, and the financing on the new vehicle fell through. How can this be fixed without legal ramification?

Dealer Attempting to Change After Signed Contract

You are correct. I found the clause, but it doesn't say anything about basically paying for a rental. It states all my payments will be refunded pending only "normal wear and tear of the vehicle". It's in the same condition, minus about 700 miles.

Dealer Attempting to Change After Signed Contract

I traded in my vehicle on June 24 toward another vehicle. We came to an agreement, and according to the dealership, I was approved for $271 x 72 months. The Skip Tracer has come to...

    Stiffed by a Contractor

    Stiffed by a Contractor

When does the responsibility fall on him to keep his business license information up-to-date? What exactly can a process server do, or have access to, that I wouldn't? I've done a background check on him, showing everything from previous addresses to liens and judgements.

    Stiffed by a Contractor

On April 1, 2015, after paying a contractor 50% to begin work on remodeling my bathroom, the contractor finished the contracted work. The contractor is licensed (under another business name, but same personal name) and I was told they are also insured. On April 12, 2015, I noticed the tile...

    Inheritance? Income? Gift?

On May 1, 2013, my grandfather passed away. In his will, he left his current stock (which is still currently active) to my brother (40%), my sister (30%), and myself (30%). The total amount is just over $100K. I look to use my cut to purchase a house. That said, what's the best route to take...
