i have a green card (it;s been 2 years), after i become a citizen and sponsor my parents(canadian citizens) how long before they can come to USA? Will their age, health etc be an issue? thanks

(i'm afraid he will change his mind etc.)? becuase my husb has agreed that i could have my son mon-fri, then he sat/sun. if it is in writing, then can i pursue him...
I am looking for some advice, i have 18 month boy, i would like to separate from my husband, but i would like to have my son with me as much as possible, is there any allowances for this with such young kids? would the court favor the primary caregiver(mom)? thanks
