Ok that is what I thought thanks, I only asked because she said my husband had to because he had custody but I figured that was her way of getting us to pay for it, because during the custody case my husband and I paid for it, so it is on her now.

The mom doesn't live in the state but we just need a county to county change since no one lives there anymore, who's responsibility would it be to order and pay the attorney for the change of venue?
