I have another question, as evidence is it a good idea to write down all the different check cashing places that my former employer would send me too cash my check and they would not cash the check? Or should I just mention it at the hearing or should I enter it as evidence?

Can i ask the bank where my ex employer banks with to write me a letter, to help me in my unemployment appeal regarding the situation with the company I worked for and the issues with the bounced checks or the non sufficient funds in order to have evidence for my case in my appeal hearing?

Ok will do. The whole 2 years I worked for this company there were never funds in the payroll account. Just about every payday I had problems cashing my check . Can you advice me in what proof or evidence I need to have or things I should know?

What's a paper trail I didn't have a checking account I would go to specific PLS check cashing business to cash my checks and I will just load cash on a prepaid debit card. I did that for like eight months until that business stop cashing the company's paychecks.
