I work for a County agency and we recently went to 4 10 hour work week. When a holiday comes around we have to use 2 hours vacation to get our full 40 hours is this legal? I dont understand why we should be forced to use our vacation to get our full 40 hours.
My ex did not file his income tax this year to avoid the IRS from intercepting his refund to avoid paying past child support is there anything I can Do?
