Can we the people sue BP for environmental damages in federal court?

Be very careful when you start believing that you speak for everyone.... after all, do you want everyone speaking for you?

    Lawsuit- ebook- atty demands $5000!

So, you willingly sold someone else's book and are upset because the author/publisher is upset? You need an attorney to get the amount down. If this goes to court, the information they requested will have to be provided.

Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Arrested at work

Yes, it is legal. Any recourse against whom? You can get your brother a very good attorney. You can tell your brother to contact the state DOL for the pay for the day. I can't read what your brother signed from here. what does his copy of the document say?

Rights of unwed parents state to state

Okay, I have to ask. All this "we care so much for our daughter" stuff, and yet she gets impregnated by an adult while under your roof. I wouldn't go throwing rocks at the other grandmother.... At least her minor child wasn't having sex under her own watchful eye.

You are asking why multiple counts of forgery would affect your current employer... a bank? Really?

NEVER NEVER NEVER talk to the police without an attorney. Returning the money did not erase the fact you stole it. Returning it will help your case, but doesn't mean that the police can not arrest you for it. Due to the dollar amount, I would assume it would be considered a felony.

fired for sexual harassment that was not intended

I notice you didn't tell us what the "harmless prank" was. Yes, you can be fired for a prank done off property and out of uniform on your own time simply because there is no law that says you can't. The owners of private property have the ability and right to permit and deny access to that...

Alcohol & Drugs: DUI, DWI license suspended for refusing BA tests, but I had good reasons!

I strongly recommend the services of an attorney. This is not a story you want to tell without competent legal counsel telling you the best way.

Assault & Battery Admission to Bar with Felony Conviction at 16.

The time to find out if you are eligible to pass the bar is BEFORE you enter law school. that is an awful lot of debt to incur without a means of repayment.

    Conspiring/Harassing co-worker

Your union should know better. A hostile work environment doesn't mean people are mean to you... it means you are being treated in a way that directly violates specific law ... like, as you mentioned, discrimination on the basis of race, national origin, sex, etc. if that is happening, you...
