    When I received my W-2 for 2007, my employer left out the last pay period worked 12-16-07 - 12-31-07. paydays are on the 1st and 16th. I always thought that you have to start 1-1 - 12-31. She did this on everyones W-2 form. When we asked about it she gave some lame answer that she's been doing...
