A beneficiary in a Nevada Trust is being denied the right to meet with a trustee that Refuses all contact or interaction of any kind.
My response is to send 'Certified Mail" quoting the Trust Instrument as well as the "Uniforn Trust Code" in an effort to elighten the Trustee on the Fiduciary...
