My HR dept. is not very friendly and the manager is not helping me. She is trying to stall it long enough so she can fire. Just wondering if I fill out a letter saying I am retiring will that interfere with my work comp cases.

Is there any thing specific that I need to do to retire from my job of 15 years instead of letting them fire me over a work injury that is preventing me from returning to work? Thank you Brad in Nebraska
