I was hit by a woman who ran a stop sign on a hiway intersection, she was ticketed for it. My medical bills are close to $100,000. My health insurance paid most but I have a $6,000 deductible, so a few Dr.s are wanting their money from me. I am working out payments with the some and paid of about half of them.
Her insurance did pay for my car, I have submitted all of the med bills to them and I want to settle soon. Should I hire an attorney now or see if they make an offer soon and then talk to a lawyer?
