See Bay!!! I had the same problem but I handled it with a little thing we call courtesy. That's all I think should be done. I posted this to a girl who's post was unreadable.

:yeslease make some paragraphs in your writing, and use some periods! I can't make heads or tails (pardon the dog pun) out of what you wrote. Further, you didn't really ask a question. What do you want to know? Can you sue her? Can you get your money back? I doubt you can, but you can sue. The portion about the "guarantee" was very unclear. If you want to write it again, leave out the details about how sick the puppy was, I get that. Tell me about the guarantee and use paragraphs and periods

And my intent certainly was neither to harm, nor to give the impression that I felt my opinion was 'better' than yours. I do adore a good debate; you appear a worthy opponent.
