As far as sueing him goes, we might be in a long line. If we get our car out of there, we'd be happy, lol.

It's a newer car, 2006 Cobalt. was bought in Feb, wrecked in Aug. Around $10,000 of damage.

Last August our car was wrecked & taken to a local body shop that has done good work for us before. Our insurance company had paid him in August & our car is still there & it's 8 months later. At first we'd call or go by the shop to see how it was going & it looked as tho it was being worked on...
