We had 2 concerns. We moved into an HOA condo where we were assured that the property was quiet and tenants abide by the HOA laws. We ended up with neighbors that did drugs daily-and partied until 2-3 am, left dogs alone all weekend, etc. Made calls to police dept about noise and smell of drugs...
