landlord keeping security deposit and wants more-is it normal wear/tea

We had 2 concerns. We moved into an HOA condo where we were assured that the property was quiet and tenants abide by the HOA laws. We ended up with neighbors that did drugs daily-and partied until 2-3 am, left dogs alone all weekend, etc. Made calls to police dept about noise and smell of drugs coming into our home and notified landlord who is on HOA board-nothing was resloved. So instead of opening front door and windows we used bedroom slider every day for fresh air-3 slats on the blinds broke(where they snap in on top) after a year of use and she wants to charge us over 100.00 for replacement. We also moved out 3 weeks early and paid the lease in full according to her contract because the air unit broke and it was over 95 degrees in the house. We were constantly given less than 24 hours notice that repair people would be in and out on several occassions. We wanted to be there when strangers were in the house as we were victims of robbery before. Everytime they came we had to clear out closet so they could work, vaccum and clean after, find a place for dogs so they woul not disturb any tenants per her lease. They even almost completly came through our bedroom ceiling when they fell in the attick. Couldnt deal with constant interruption and short notices so left 3 weeks early and let her know. Now being charged over 100.00 for repainting outside front door that was noted to have "marks and scratches". This really could have been done by repair men as I do not remember excessive marks and dirt to door when we moved out. Should we pay this? She is already keeping our 1200.00 deposit.
