I'm filing Chapter 7.
I received an objection to discharge from an attorney stating that she represents bank "X". She says I charged a credit card from "X" into the 90 days limit before the BK filing.
And says it was luxurious items and cash advances, and that I made fraud.
I responded...
I have a non-judicial foreclosure in my State of Arizona. There is NO case number in State Court.
I want to dismiss this foreclosure because the lender has failed to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.
If I send this dispute to the trustee, I'm sure they will send me anything...
