Army Judge - thank you for the time on finding those links, but most of that is about child support. I do not want to seek support since we live together. I live in Jackson County MO, which might as well be a different country from St. Louis County. I do not know how 2 places in the same...
No longer pregnant
I am no longer pregnant. My child is now a year old. Her father takes full parental responsibility, and my soon to be ex denies all responsibility. There is no question of paternity by any party.
OK, I posted once before and got no help. So here goes again, I will try to update and give a overview and update of what is going on.
I had trouble divorcing my husband. With his many mental health issues, and my financial situation, I was not able to divorce right away after our...
If you are both in agreement on the amount and start date of the child support, the court should enact that as an order. The court will usually use the terms the parties have come to unless they are unreasonable or unfair. Part of the parenting plan has a start date for court ordered child...

OK, I have 2 friends that have been in similar situations. One was married and when divorce was final the child was found to not be his. But the judge had already ordered back child support from date of seperation. He went through several lawyers and courts, only to find that he was legally...
OK, I had posted one other issue on here, but I have a 2 fold problem. My boyfriend (we have a child together and live together) has a son from a previous marriage. Currently we have 50/50 visitation with him spending 7 out of 14 days with us split week. We have B every single day that my...
OK, so to get this short as possible, my ex like most is a nightmare. We have dealt with mental health issues, suicide attempts, drinking/drug problems, legal issues, the whole thing has been a mess. I left him in November 2008, and was unable to immediatly file for divorce due to financial...
