I've been married for 6yrs. I lost all hope and feelings for my husband. I believe I feel into the trap of staying for the kids syndrome. All our conversations end up in arguements. I don't trust him or believe in him. Are there any legal claims or should I get over it?

If you want a divorce, you can certainly file for one.

Under what conditions? We had a conversation over finances this morning and he got upset because I told to figure out a way to do things differently. I feel like I'm alway caring the heavy load.

That would depend on where you live, but in most states, you could file under the grounds of irreconcilable differences.

what state are you in? Most states are no fault but not all.

If you want a divorce file but so the best you can to remain civil and fair for the kids. Most courts offer mediation which can save you alot of money in legal fees.

Try to talk to him and see what you 2 can work out. See if he will agree to joint custody.
