My grandmother was taken from her home against her will and they drained her account of 30,000 dollars during so called spend down period and denied my abilty to consolt her about her placement and even had me escorted off the property and threatend to trespass me for trying to convince her to leave with me. After a year exactly of them taking her teachers annuity payments everymoth and refused to disclose what other assets they took control of. I finally called the ombudsman and they directed me to file a complaint with hhs . And immediately after an investigation was initiated she was unable to speak with mysteriously and unexplainable symptoms of coma like paralysis and I requested emergency medical transfer and they denied . And I asked for an accounting of what drugs they had been giving her and they refused and said they where too short handed to do that and so I left with intentions to return that following Monday. And she was killed and transfered to the funeral home before Monday came. She died on my birthday march 22 this year. And spent it on the phone with the police and even had an ambulance requested to go get her. Unfortunately she was already declared deceased supposedly there was a person there to sign off on her cause of death but with further inspection of her death certificate it wasn't signed until days later and sayed it was signed electronically. I contacted and requested to file a police report with the sheriff's office and they refused . And I talked with the justice of the piece and they sayed they could not order an Inquest for an autopsy because the nursing home had there own medical professional do an independent private medical review and that after a medical examiner declared the cause of death then it was out of her hands.
