I was just out mowing so the top and bottom of the property kind of match. It's sunny and warm enough - 78 - so I worked up a sweat. Had to recharge the batteries, so figured I'd turn on a fan, cool down some... Uumm... I just pulled a throw over me because I'm cold, but don't feel like getting up to turn the fan off!
It's not the sun I mind...it's the intense, unrelenting, scorching, glaring, burning heat of it that annoys me. Other than that, I love it.Please, we need the heat. We love the beautiful sun, it is so hot. We love our sun. It keeps us healthy, happy, and tanned.

No rain here until Sunday, and then daily, but minimal amounts... like a quarter inch or less/day. Which is mostly how it's been all summer, with a few exceptions. My creek is very close to bone dry.Northeast braces for severe weather, potential flooding: Forecast
