Hi, I filed I-130(green card holder applying for unmarried son under 21) for my son when he was 20 years old in 2016 and it was approved, but after I submitted DS-260 ,civil documents and required fees, I received an email from NVC that they are sending it back to USCIS as he is over 21 years now and his visa category is changed.
Now after almost 3 years they send me another letter that his Visa is current and I need to provide affidavit of support. I naturalized last year and now I am a US citizen, will his visa category be changed again after I submit affidavit of support?
