Is it a trademark infringement if an internet domain name is the same as a currently registered trademark? The site offers similar services but for INVESTMENT not ENTERTAINMENT. The current trademark is as follows: Entertainment service in the nature of an ongoing reality televisions series, involving presentation of business concepts.

I can't tell you for sure without looking at the marks, registrations, etc. If there is a likelihood of confusion it is possible and probable that using the domain won't be that simple. If you are talking about Lucasfilms Investment Services, I'd be willing to bet you'd have all types of problems with lucasfilms.com. It's possible that the mark isn't exactly the same as the domain but a drawing or on a combination of words.
