I have a grandson that will be 18 in 39 days. He has lived with his father in FL for the past 6 years. His father has withdrawn him from school, forced him to take the GED and is now insisting that he join the Coast Guard. He wanted to come to VA to live with me. I purchased him a ticket to fly to VA and now he is here. Am I aiding and abetting a runaway?
