Okay heres the deal last November this girl told me i had a baby by her and she had already had him for 19 days right then i gave her $350 and every two weeks from that for the past nine months she got married to a police officer and she brought my son to see me one night and he was all beat up i asked her about it now she wont let me see my kid or anything and i filed for custody before she did and now she is trying to get me for back child support the only bad thing is i never did money orders she got straight cash everytime is there anything i can do to have my son since she is not going to outright let me see him and also anything about the child support i have a whole lot of people that witnessed everytime i gave her the money any advice would be helpful thank you

Has paternity been established? If that child was injured you should have called CPS. Please do that next time.

You should not be giving this woman anything until a DNA test shows you are the father. If you are you have a right to custody and or visitation.

So have you filed for custody? You really should be seeing an attorney. Also I would still look into calling CPS if she has refused contact. You can request a welfare check.

Please find out if you are the father, and seek to protect this child.

i called cps they said that the police refused to escort them out there so they couldnt do anything her husband and all the police in my county stick together im not going to have anyhelp from them

Next time you see the child injured then take a picture.

I would be calling a supervisor at the police, or CPS. Try a detective in the child abuse unit. Its probably too late now but you still need to verify if you are the father, and get rights to the child.
