I recently realized that the "relationship" I had with a man while I was in my teens was that of molester and molestee. Disturbing emotional consequences are leading me to wonder if he might do this to someone else, and wanting to stop him at all cost. Though this happened 30 years ago, can I sue him, whether for damages or whatever? I want him to pay for his crimes against me.

Of course you CAN sue him or anyone else. Can you recover is what you need ask yourself. If the facts are as you suggest, your ability to recover anything is most unlikely. States do have extended filing periods in these matters, but none approach 30 years to my knowledge.

What was the age difference between you two? What there actual intercourse involved? Why do you want to sue instead of prosecute?
