Agreed. More than likely, you might end up working on multiple projects, and rather than gathering paperwork from every employee on every new project, they make copies of this blank master and fill in the project name. There's nothing wrong with that.

In general, the law does not care about PTO at all-it's just not something the government is willing to get involved with. Your employer is not required to grant any PTO allowance at all.

Agree, but I also always try to tell the agency our dress code (which isn't strict, but jeans are only on Fridays) and expect them to pass that on to the candidate.
