Wow. Unbelievable. With all that is at risk, you are asking random people on the internet rather than an attorney. Hopefully your client realizes what a grossly incompetent company you represent and takes appropriate legal action.
I highly recommend you do not hire an attorney that sleazes around advice sites looking for clients. Call your state Bar Association and ask for several referrals. Interview them all and then decide who you like best.
I also suggest you edit out your personal information before some nut job...
I've never been a Judge, never clerked for a Judge and never played one on T.V.....even I know one should not piss off the person who holds your freedom in their hands. Common sense. ;)
1. The customer was not a pedophile ...a pig, yes...but not a pedophile. Don't use terms you don't understand as it takes away your credibility.
2. The manager was not conducting a criminal investigation. What you think was required of them was not.
I am tagging @cbg who is an expert in HR...
Kinda hard to play the "I'm a 44 year old upstanding citizan" card when you hang out with a bunch of tweeking criminals.
As Zig advised...Stop posting on the internet and talk ONLY to your attorney. Random strangers on the net can not help you and the Prosecutor's office may be checking out...
Huh? Jack was not unhelpful or unpleasant. He was being sensible.
I know when I read your opening post I thought to myself..."Why are you asking random people on the internet vs. calling the company and asking them?"
Do your children have a close relationship with your cousin? See them often and know them well?
How about your parents...Do your children know them? Are they close? How old are your parents?
How old are the children?
