Are you asking if Mom's parental rights can be terminate because she insists on you following the divorce decree? Really? Why is your girlfriend doing "everything" for your children? Why is she allowed to interfere with the educational and medical rights of the children's MOTHER?

State stat's/case law dictate your LEGAL OBLIGATION to notify Dad and the courts of your intent to move the child. Even if you were never married. Of course YOU are free to move where-ever you wish...but the child must stay in the courts jurisdiction.

It's POSSIBLE if the person reporting abuse is a mandated reporter..ie...Doctor, Nurse, Teacher, Social Worker, police...etc... If not a MR than it is unlikely to happen. That said: I have little faith in CPS. The whole system needs to be "fixed". Go to www.massoutrage.com...

LEGALLY anything to do with this child has NOTHING to do with you. If the actual PARENT is concerned have him create his own user name and ask his own questions.

I agree with all of this except #1. If Dad is in contempt for failing to provide COURT ORDERED information, Mom should not place herself in CONTEMPT of a COURT ORDER as well. She should file a motion to show cause to resolve her legal issue.
