    paying with no income

How old are you? Are you still in high-school or are you in college? Judges are funny. They think a "man" that is old enough to father a child is old enough to minimally support said child...So they input an income. In your case (seemingly) they have inputed a income as if you were working...

    Moving Issues

Actually:p Yes...Even though paternity has NOT been established, a Judge MAY still issue a RO until the child is born. Sounds strange but it CAN happen. Think of it this way. If the child was born and Mom wanted to move, the father CAN file for paternity in court with a request that the child...

    Moving Issues

Actually...A lot of states have guidelines that allow for the filing of a paternity action BEFORE the child has been born...This action COULD also allow for a RO preventing the fetus from being removed from the state. OP should consult an attorney in her area to determine if her state allows...

She is not your daughter. If you encourage her disobedience to her parent/s you could find yourself with a restraining order. Continue to interference and you may find yourself in jail.

    paternity

Your BF would need to file for paternity in the state that mom lives in. He MIGHT be able to file a paternity action/support in HIS state...Have him consult with a GOOD family law attorney to see it the statutes would allow this. Custody matters would be in the home state of the child...

Ex-boyfriend wants to take our child to France

Your post is somewhat vague. WHAT STATE ARE YOU IN? Has Dad been legally adjudicated as the father in court? Are there ANY court orders in place? If so, what are they? Are you in agreement with your child moving to France? Who do you want to have FULL custody and why?
