I sign over my parental rights/now I have them back?

If you signed away your Parental Rights than you are no longer the children's parent. Do you mean visitation rights?

    I need an answer.

How old is the girl? What do her parents have to say about this relationship? Is the girl LEGALLY emancipated or does she think moving in with her adult military BF will be grounds for emancipation?

You will need to motion to DISestablish paternity during your divorce. A DNA test will be needed. After paternity is disestablished an order will be made to alter the BC.

    wife and current home

If there is a court order for her to pay the mortgage and she has not you can file for contempt. I would suggest you pay the bill so that your credit isn't messed up and request reimbursement in your contempt filing.

Should I submit to her paternity test?

Your "agreement" MIGHT be a mitigating factor, but it is doubtful if it will prevent you from being sued for support. That is why sperm donors should go through sperm banks.

    my ex entering home

Please...How is this a criminal matter? This is a civil matter. Period. Even if this was a LL/tenant situation it would be CIVIL.

Should I submit to her paternity test?

I just want to clarify...Was your "donation" done..."in person" or through a sperm bank?

    my ex entering home

Doesn't matter if she is a owner in a private dwelling. Yes...She does. No...She can't be arrested for trespass. It is not a criminal matter. It is a civil matter to be handled in Family or Civil Court. Really? Please site the statute where a legal owner can be arrested for...

    my ex entering home

Actually...If her name is on the deed and there isn't an RO, the ex has every right to enter HER house.

    my ex entering home

Is she on the deed? Is there a RO preventing her from accessing this house?
