    Need Help

If paternity has not been established and you did not file for CS, you are not entitled to it. If WI has jurisdiction then it is going to be VERY difficult for you to transfer it to GA if the father still lives in WI. If you want to move you need to prove it is in the childs best interest.

do i have enough for a modification to child visitation?

This is all hearsay. You have no proof of anything. You certainly have no grounds to stop visits or for emergency custody, if you want to file a motion in court to ask for a drug test then talk to an attorney.

    Harrassment

That is not harassment. I am sure she has choice words for him too, she just chooses not to put it in email. She should just ignore it or let him know she will delete and not respond to any emails in which he calls her that.

    Community Property or No?

His ex wife should have no claim to the house at all. You should get the house and your husband might want to consider adding you to the deed as joint tenants with rights of survivorship.

    Moving out of state

If you can prove the move is in the child's best interest and you get permission from the courts or the ex, you can move. Nobody can predict what a court will do but be prepared to be more than fair to get him to agree. Otherwise it is off to court you go.

    guardianship of my grandson

Grandparents have very few rights. You could possibly get some visitation rights but you need to see an attorney. Guardianship or custody is likely not to happen though.

    car being repossesed

I agree he needs to sell it or find someone that you know and trust that wants to borrow the car and make payments. A voluntarily repo is still a repo and just as bad. He needs to sell the car if he can.

    Voluntary relinquishing rights as parent

Who is the father and did he relinquish his rights? You need to see an attorney to see if there is anything you can do. If this baby has been adopted out though, it will be much harder and this adoptive family will be absolutely devastated on having to give their baby up.

    30 days of reciept

You cannot file a mod unless you have proof of his income. You will only win by default if he does not respond or show to the hearing. You do not need to obtain counsel unless he just does not cooperate. Since you are filing this motion being awarded lawyer fees is pretty slim. I believe he has...

    Morality Clause trouble

Moving in is not necessarily in your childs best interest, but in yours. Again if you insist on going against the decree then that is a choice you are going to have to make. You just cannot change decrees without the other party agreeing or the courts awarding you it. How would you like it if...

Can I sue adulterer for money?

No because your wife is also responsible for the affair. She was a willing participant and it is just not this other mans fault. Honestly if I were you just file for divorce and move on with your life.

    Fiance's Parental Rights Hearing

Stop listening to grandma. Your boyfriend needs to ask for proof his rights have been terminated. He needs to insist on the DNA test and see an attorney, a good one. This whole thing is going to be a HUGE mess it sounds like.

Her demands and my life and future

I am completely confused. Mooshymooshy past posts indicate she is not stable and has posted that her ex wants their kids removed and her boyfriend has an RO on him from an ex. Either MooshyMooshy or Afterswhile, or both are totally full of it and posting just to stir things up. We are not...

    a problem with my girlfriend

Sorry but this girl is still a minor and you must cooperate with her parents otherwise you might have a restraining order against you.

    Morality Clause trouble

You did sign it and its too late to say you were forced or signed it under duress. You seem to have few options. Marry him, or don't move in together, or give custody to your ex. Pretty simple. I am not sure what else we can tell you.

Separated and ready to move on (child involved)

It is a terrible idea to do this when you are not divorced yet. What is the rush? Wait unitl you are divorced then move in.

Her demands and my life and future

Your boyfriend really needs an attorney maybe one that does a lot of fathers rights. Why hasn;t he retained counsel? Seems like mom really has no reason to restrict visits unless there is something you are not telling us. Mom has no business telling you not to be around the kids. What is the...

    Morality Clause trouble

You agreed to it, you are pretty much stuck to it. If Dad takes you to court over it, you'll have issues. Personally if I were you, go get married in a quickie ceremony. That would put this to rest.

felon gets custody of our child...I need probono now win/win

You proibably will not find pro bono if you want an attorney hire one. You need to start calling around. If you knew mom was abusive then you shgould have taken action long before now. Also why did you let a 16 yr old meth user babysit your child? You also knew mom had an attempted murder...

    Help interpreting court order

Mom is wrong, clearly. The problem is how far do you want to go to prove it? You can see an attorney and have him/her write a letter telling mom that her visitation is not Thur-Sun and that she cannot keep the child on your time without your permission. Or you can determine it is not worth...
