K Visa Status change via marriage

Are you sure about this? During the Clinton years there was a fairly draconian immigration bill passed that punished those who overstayed their visa by not allowing them to legalize without going back to their country and waiting up to 10 years.

    Tennessee No-Compete

He can always sue you. He is not going to be able to win. He certainly can't keep you from having contact with her.

    Tennessee No-Compete

You are reading that correctly. Generally non-competes do not keep you from going to work with a competing business, you just can't solicit their client list that you had access too.

    temporary child support in FL???

In your particular case he is declaring his paternity and has provided a DNA report to boot. You have accepted that he is the father. You could motion that a minimum of temporary child support be ordered I suppose but I don't know that it will be that long till the permanent order is done.

    Publishing pictures of children

This is why you have a tag line that says you are not a lawyer. If he took the pictures in a State Mental hospital or any institution that falls under HIPPA regulations it very well could be an issue. The Photographer knows enough about the situation to be concerned about HIPPA so I wouldn't...

    whos name goes on bc?

I always thought lonelyinny was a woman? Kelly is a MAN? Lonely you should know the answer to this one. You can both acknowledge paternity and it will be legal. The only ones with the standing to challenge the paternity will be the mother, you, and the dead guy. So with all the...

Consumer Law, Warranties Help- llc liability issue - can i overide damage limit?

I certainly would sue him for the total of $45,000. You can't recover on the $5000 because he redid the survey, but if all the $45,000 was a result of his malpractice I would bring a malpractice suit against him for the resulting damages. His LLC status will likely keep you from suing him...

Arrest, Search, Seizure, Warrant Mittimus vs Warrant for Arrest?

That's a new on one me. Looking it up though it appears that an arrest warrant is a new charge and this is a confirmation of an old charge or a charge from another jurisdiction. If I am right it will not show up as a new charge just a sentence that was served at two different times. It's not...
